We are the pioneers in Design/Build Construction with roots dating back to 1902. There is no one else who has been doing what we do for longer. While construction is a nuts and bolts business, the most important part of a project is trust. Trust is the basis of everything we do and without that we believe that you cannot have a successful project or relationship. Because of this core value, 100% of our customers are repeat or negotiated.

A trusting relationship has allowed us to take care of our customers not only in Michigan, but in other parts of the US and around the World. Even today in a world where contracts and legal need to be done, we still do millions of dollars on year on a hand shake.

Some relationships start as customers, but in the end if we are successful, we end up as good friends. A good friendship is far more valuable than a successful project.
